I am seeking information on consumers satisfaction with accessibility of pathology services and was wondering if anyone knows of any previous surveys or studies performed. Much of the info I have found about DAT is genetics related rather than clinical lab tests and studies of perceptions of accessibility are more focused on quality aspects rather than the 5 A's dimensions of access. DAT is widely available in the USA and some other countries but pathology is a referred service in Australia. My research is focusing on what consumers think of this access arrangement and if DAT would be advantageous, particularly for "wellness testers" and those with chronic disease.

Consumer survey may not be available. But many cases of different cilinucal trails are available. In India some bad cases related to drugs and pharmacy testing on patients without and with consent existed which can be found through net searching.
