I am not aware of any such research in the area. For countries like the United States of America, if there was any research, I would assume they would be quite old. We have the Americans with Disabilities Act and other legislative acts that were written in order to avoid such situations.

I might research into cultures with poor human rights records. It seems like their tendencies toward discriminating might be more profound.
