i am looking for spectrophotometry estimation of 5HMF ?

If the compound has a published extinction co-efficient at a wavelength you can measure, then by Beer's Law you can calculate the concentration. But if it is a complex mixture, then you would probably encounter interferences and then would need to do a separation.
