Does anyone know of a media for inducing lateral root growth in Arabidopsis?

I have tried transferring seedlings to new media but this is highly inconsistent on inducing lateral roots. Normally I use 1/2 MS with 8% agar.

Hi Craig!

I agree with Abel: The same media supplemented with NAA or IAA should induce lateral root formation.

Also, if you want to induce Lateral root primordium in a specific point in the primary root, you can bend the primary root and it will induce a primordium at the bending point.
