Hello everyone,
I am looking in particular for MCF-7 breast cancer cells and HUVECs already transfected to express fluorescent proteins such as GFP. I would prefer the HUVECs at as a low a passage as possible. I would also be interested in other primary endothelial cells, but HUVECs are my first choice since I have been working with them up until now. Thank you.

Have you looked at VeraVecs?? they are primary HUVECS transfected with an open reading frame which stabilises them and makes them good for 10-15 passages and they still do all their tube formation and so forth. they also had GFP and RFP lines available too. we got 1 vial of 1 million in and they culture so nice and grow perfectly, I ended up freezing down a huge number form just that one vial. (also they are easy to transfect compared to HUVEC)

I contacted VeraVecs, but they responded that they have transitioned to a cell therapy company and no longer offer their cells for sale.
