We have tried without reasonable results (too much background) an antibody from santa cruz (H-152). I typcially like cell signaling abs, but they don't make a RAD54 ab.
I would recommend a free antibody database available at labome.com. For RAD54/RAD54L antibodies, you can check this link: https://www.labome.com/gene/human/RAD54L-antibody.html. In addition to the Santa Cruz antibodies, Abnova has mouse monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies for WB. Also, OriGene offers rabbit polyclonal antibodies. Besides, LifeSpan Biosciences, US Biological and Invitrogen have mouse monoclonal or rabbit polyclonal antibodies for WB on human or mouse samples. You can check the description of these antibodies and references following the links to the suppliers.
