we are having the system polyol with 5 second cream time but after 20 second the rate of reaction rapidly going up and the gel time close to 40 second , So, how we can control the rate of reaction around 50 second of gel time.

Dear Emad, you can monitor the température, I.e., use different temperatures by using two adjacent baths set already at the desired temperatures. My Regards

If you can, you should change the type of diisocyanate and use the one with lesser reactivity.
