Thank you Stéphane Abel sir for your response but i want to make clear that i have installed Gromacs-4.6.7 in ubantu. the problem is that i unable to complete exercise of tutorial on 1AKI. Error are showed after selection of force field.

Stéphane Abel sir, today i installed latest release Gromacs-5.0.5 with help of tutorial. after i want to check it in terminal the command ls showed the older version Gromacs-4.6.7. So what should i to do and also for to installation of latest release.
