Does anyone know how to measure serotonin from isolated small intestine rings when it's contractility is measured in an isometric transducer?

I'm searching for a method for serotonin measurement. I'm working with small intestine rings isolated from rats in a isometric transducer for contraction/relaxation effects in the presence of AgNPs.
