There are only two forest valuation standards in the world that are worth anything at all, Australia and New Zealand. Forget the International Valuation Standards Council documents as they have no idea about forests. The accounting standards (IAS41) is useful but only for accounting purposes. It is covered in the IFA/ACFA standard.
