Hello! I have researched antibiotics susceptibility test for microbial safety test. I did MIC test for clindamycin and erythromycin. The results show that clindamycin and erythromycin have a corelation due to MLSB resistance gene. I got corelation data between above antibiotics by excel. I want to get to similar data by various way. Please let me know another way to show relationshop between clindamycin and erythromycin!
You can do synergy testing by E-test, checkerboards and time-kill assays to see if clinda and erythro have any synergies and behave the same in kill curves.
Inducible Clindamycin resistance probably you are referring to. Disc diffusion is ideally done.
