Does anyone know how to increase the biomass of halophilic bacteria?

I have 4-5 halophilic cultures, and these cultures grow very slowly. I am working on a protease from these bacteria but I am not getting any success. Please share your valuable suggestions.

moderate or extreme halophiles? With our strains, pH control was the main factor. You may add trace elements and thiamine. It worked for us very well.
