Does anyone know how to dissolve Amyloid beta 25-35?

I read many papers saying that they dissolve amyloid beta 25-35 in dd water. I tried to dissolve it at 1mg/ml and later I followed the company's suggestion adding 0.9ul 1N NaOH in the peptide. It turns out nothing helped. It still looked like turbid in water. What can I do to dissolve it completely?
