Does anyone know of any model or paper that forecasts this? Transition risks such as legal, policy, technology and market risks.

This is really an interesting research gap. If you carry out this research topic you can greatly contribute to the literature of this field.

Currently, I just find a research on the impact of low carbon economy on the global agriculture, as below:
