Try dip coating or spin coating on a glass slide, after that you can check it's contact angle.
I agree with Hisay's reply. Try to make a pellet. The compactness of pellet also plays a role in contact angle studies and there for you will have to use same pressur to make the pellets which are being compared for contact angle. In this paper

In recommendation to Hisay Sir, the Pelletizer can be used to make pellets of powdered sample and then contact angle measurement would be easy.
