Does anyone know How I can determine the integrity and stability of Encapsulated Plasmid?

I encapsulated PX330 plasmid inside anionic liposome and I would like to test the integrity and the desired size of this plasmid after encapsulation, I have tried to run sample of this encapsulated plasmid but I couldn't get the desired band .
