I am looking for App Script codes to align my Persian Google Forms from right to left. Indeed, my left-aligned survey must be fully right-aligned, and I tried every possible way to resolve the problem, but even Grok AI or Chat GPT's suggestions (CSS and HTML codes) couldn't help it. There is no solution except forcing respondents to change their Google language to Persian, or they will face a messy form.
Although Pretty Form Designer could be an alternative and the best choice, as international transactions are restricted in Iran due to U.S. financial sanctions, purchasing a license key for this Add-On encounters difficulties.

I found a solution simply using Google Docs services for right-to-left alignment and sectioning the survey items into multiple pages. I was surprised when I noticed how easy it was to force Google Forms to make a right-aligned Persian survey. Indeed, Google platforms are interrelated, and this is the researchers' art to have Google Forms do anything that best fits their needs.
Always produce your survey drafts in Google Docs, right-align questions (items) and options, and then move them to your Google Forms one by one.
