Sometimes we need to analyze diallel data using Hayman's approach along with Griffing's approach. Wr-Vr graph is one of the outputs of Hayman's approach. I know 'Dial98' can do the same. But I am looking for a script or package in R.
There is an R package called "Plantbreeding" which has some of these characteristics. However, it does not run on the most recent versions of R (at least, not on Mac Yosemite).

Thank you "Rob Nicholls" sir for your recommendations. But thing is that, it only can do analysis of Griffing's Approach. I am in need of Hayman's Approach.
I have written a macro SAS program for Hayman approach and I have send it for TAG journal, I hope to be accepted. As I get acceptance I will put free for other researchers.

You can try " DiallelAnalysisR" package of R software. This package has included both Griffing's and Hyman's approches with Wr-Vr graph, This package is available online.
