Does anyone know how I can set up the zgesfpgp 1d experiment (flipback water gate) on bruker? I am looking for p29 duration to set up the 1D experiment. We look at pulse sequence file for the parameters to start the experiment. We didn’t find it unfortunately, does anyone knows about it, please let US know the what are the parameters to modify while to set up the experiment and could you please suggest any other 1D experiments to observe the fast exchange imino N-H protons in 1-D experiment.

if your are running Topspin 3.x you should have a parameter set called ZGESGP. This is the same sequence without the flip back. If you change the pulseprogram to zgesfbgp and do getprosol all should fall in place. P29 should be 4 ms in duration and use the shape Sinc1.1000 .
But I am afraid that the long excitation sculpting part of this sequence will not be good for fast exchanging Imino Protons. All pulses and gradients add up to almost 10 msec. This can lead to significant intensity losses.
The best sequence for these protons is still the "old" jump return. The sequence is p11. This will give you the best intensity if the experiment is set up correctly. You need to choose a value for d19 that puts the maximum at the imino frequency and you need to adjust p0 and O1 for best water suppression. Typically p0 is a few 10th of a microsecond shorter than p1.
Also good is a p3919 sequence. But instead of the standard 1msec gradient at 30% make it short (200usec) and more intesne 80%. You might need to change the gradient shape to SMSQ10.32.
