I have 1cm cubic size wood samples.

inside of wood, there are S and S-organic, inorganic compounds randomly.

I'd like to figure out the quantities of S distribution non-destructively.

First, I tried to use u-XRD. but I think it is hard to analysis for wooden object

also, TOF-SIMS could make a result but it is proper for the nanoscale.

XPS is also appropriate for the nano or micro scale.
