I'm trying to perform a co-culture using a 2B4 cell line. For acquisition by FACS, I will need a good marker for this cell line in order to separate this population from the other cell line, which is a B cell line, so I'm not able to discriminate both populations only by FSC-H and SSC-H. I've tried with CD3, but when 2B4 cells became activated, this marker disappeared from the surface and it's not useful for this purpose. I also tried to stain the other cell line with CD20, but it wasn't possible to discriminate both populations. Is there anyone with experience working with this cell line who could help me find a good surface-expressed marker, specific for 2B4 T cell hybridoma?

145-2C11 and HMT3–1 , anti-CD3e; H146-968 , anti-CD3z;
anti-clonotypic antibody recognizing TCR-a of 2B4; M17/5.2
, anti-leukocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LFA-1); M1/42 , antimajor
histocompatibility complex class I; D7, anti-Ly-6A/E; 6C3
, anti-Ly-6C; G7 , anti-Thy-1.2; and PRST1 and GR12, anti-
TSA-1. GR12 is a rat mAb against TSA-1
