I want to check the effect of peptide overexpression on mammalian cells, but I have failed to find a suitable lentiviral vector.

Ideally, I would like an inducible expression with a puromycin selection marker in a plasmid. Having an IRES-based bicistronic plasmid with some fluorescent protein would also be nice.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

P.S. I specifically want overexpression because I need it to be intracellular, and I want to have the ability to scale up the experiment in a library-based manner if required.
