Thanks a lot. I did the search. Unfortunately, there's no information about the WB detection of PD-L1 in mouse tumor cells. I tested several PD-L1 antibodies cited by many high-impact papers, and they seems to work for IHC. However, it seems that they didn't work well for Western Blot. Thanks!

We can't give a specific recommendation, but we can suggest a number of possible sources you may want to explore that do indicate WB applicability:

Hello Dr. Lui, I have a problem with working with PD-L1. As per the literature PD-L1 band suppose to appear at 50 kDa (CST). We do observe the band at 50 kDa but, we also get a perfect band at 72 kDa. Interestingly the band at 72 kDa is getting downregulated up on treatment. Did you observe any non specific band at 72 kDa while you are working with cell lines please let me know.

I believe PD-L1 Anti body from Protein tech is better than CST antibody.

Thanks Raghuram Kandimalla ! does your antibody from PreoteinTech gives a single band? The cst antibody is disappointing as it always gives smeared bands.

Yes Hamadi Madhi, it gives single band at 52 and you might see a light non specific band at 42 and 72. But the band at 52 is single and sharp.

Antibody dilution vary from each cell line. Usually it works at 1:3000 dilution. But need to standardise according to the cell line.
