Running R Commander through R Studio would be easy. You will of course need to download R, R Studio and R Commander - they are all FREE. R Commander will also enable to produce high quality graphical display of your ANOVA results.

You can try addin 'Statistixl' for in working with MS Excel

R is free and the link here gives instructions for ANOVA.

I would recommend trying R, and use the R Commander package.  R Commander will give you a graphical user interface to work with.

SPSS is not free, but PSPP is free (see link).  It is designed to be a freeware alternative for people who really like SPSS, I don't use it so can't tell you how good it is.
