Thanks, Anton. I have seen the link. I need to get in touch with the proprietors / Board of Directors of the Journal publishers. Researchers indulge in contributing their hard worked and developed research papers without verifying the true existence of the owners of the publishing outfits. Many things are getting wrong in the process and it is high time the international research and publishing communities are provided with background information on Journals and publishing entities. First, there must be evidence of legal registration of each Journal publishers in the country of origin; second, journals and publishing companies must provide the details of the promoters / owners because they are entities and the editorial board must be answerable to the board of directors or owners. There must be an appeal system for authors because a lot of manipulation occur in the existing arrangements. Others with better understanding of these issues may wish to give their opinions too.
