KEYS measures employees’ perceptions of their work environment on several levels within the organization, including organizational, group level, and supervisory levels, and was developed by Amabile, Conti, Coon, Lazenby and Herron (1996).
It is a proprietary instrument, so it would be unlawful to make copies or distribute the measure.
