I tried several times to transform E. coli with an inverted repeat sequence, I think SURE strain may help me. could anyone please provide it to me?

I think this strain was made by Stratagene which is now Agilent. You can it directly from them. New England Biolabs (NEB) also sells competent cells of that strain.
