Any suggestions on how to use repeated measures ANOVA when dependent variable is categorical?
If your dependent variable is dichotomous, you can try using McNemar's chi-square test or Cochran's Q test instead.
Cheers,
Zeljko
You can try GLMM. See the GLIMM mix procedure or lme4 R package.
Hi Abbas
You could use mixed effects logit or ordered logit regression instead of repeated measures ANOVA. This has the added bonus of dealing with any missing values. These procedures are available in Stata and probably other packages.
