Does anyone have protocol for studying the membrane fluidity using flow cytometry?

I would like to do membrane fluidity study in platelets. Our Spectrofluorimeter is not working now. So Is it possible to study membrane fluidity in flow cytometry using the fluorescent probe 1,6-diphenylhexatriene(DPH) or any other?
