i need to make a curve for IDA for 20 earthquake waves ? any one know how to make this curve ... PGA vs IDR

PGA=0.05, 0.15, 0.35 , 0.55 ,0.65 ,0.75, 0.80, 0.90, 0.95,1.00, 1.05, 1.20, 1.30

every PGA has 20 eartquakes data . so plz
