How to make ida curve pga vs DM ?

i wanna ask that i have done IDA .

i have done IDA , i have used 13 PGA ( 0.05,0.15,0.35, 0.55, 0.65,0.75,0.80,0.90,0.95,1,1.05,1.2,1.3).. and every PGA has 20 earthquake records . i also Get inter story drift ratio (IDR ) for ach record . so i need make IDA curve PGA vS DM ,... so what is the procedure for plotting . is there any specific procedure for plotting??

because i have plot that data in matlab but curve is not good , , so plz explain .. how to plot in matlab

If there are only 2 dimensions:

plot(PGA,DM)

If there are 3 dimensions:

plot3(PGA,DM,IDR)

For a better answer you must work on the wording of your question...
