Can anybody suggest an Image registration method with available implantation for and benchmark comparison on medical images? I found couple: ITK, Elastix, bUnwarpJ, TurboReg... Some other suggestion?
Apparently yes, but in this case it is a completely different problem than for the partial images 3D (with the same content). I assume, that it is not assumed the same content of two compared medical images

I suggest to use elastix is a good choice. it can deal with 3-D image and also compatible with ITK.
