I have done xenograft tumor, I used NCRNU-Fsp/sp athythmic mice model. I did not find any tumor growth even after 4 months. Does anyone have idea about which models are the best for this type of experiment.

Can you give more info about the xenograft? Which cells, amount, injection site, matrigel or not?

It depends on type of cell line that will be used for Xenograft. For most of the heterotropic xenograft using leukaemia cell line it is recommended to use NOD SCID mice, and for solid tumors you can use both athymic nude mice and SCID mice . Some cells are very aggressive and some are very slow growing , so in my suggestion you should use Matrigel ( BD, 19.9 mg/ml ) as 50 % of injection volume for slow growing cell.
