Multi-cultural  virtual  teams  are  important  in  these  days  due  to  the  increasing  globalization  of  organizations  and    proliferation  of  new  network  technologies. Working in a cross-cultural virtual team can create awareness concerning the principal cultural differences that affect communication  and  working  situations  and  it  can  provide  techniques  for  lessening  culturally-based  problems.  Managers must ensure that all parties in the virtual team can participate and benefit from the interaction. Management reluctance can also be a problem for virtual corporations. I Give some suggestions to make virtual team:-

Establish clear team structure and shared norms.

Trust is the key to virtual team’s success since it mitigates uncertainty,

Encourage social communication.

Build up a common language.

Mitigate the negative effects of cultural differences.

Fostering a clear understanding of roles,  commitment and outcome..

Build more time for norming, forming and storming before performing. 

Know the codes and references people use to communicate in each cultural context.

Analyze the cultural dynamics of team and communication styles.

The questionnaire seeks to establish if virtual project team members are trained on culture before participating in virtual teams and if so, on which elements of culture the training is done. It also seeks to establish if responds feel such training is necessary for team collaboration.
