Does anyone have a questionnaire for research in Work Integrated Learning?

I am currently preparing to submit a proposal for studies in Work Integrated Learning. Found out I could use existing questionnaires for as long as I acknowledge my source(s). Does not anyone have a questionnaire in Work Integrated Learning with a special focus on student views on the benefits of WIL.

My area of focus is Graphic Design so if the questionnaires are in creative studies that would be a bonus. If not I could look at those in any field.

In this book, theoretical models on work motivation and dimensions are presented to interpret the QuaLCA questionnaire. The QuaLCA allows you to grasp the "optimal working environment" of the person who completes the questionnaire. The "optimal working environment" is created by the quality of work and the corporate culture that the subject imagines he can live. The QuaLCA does not identify the type of work, the professional skills and the ability to carry out work tasks, but it is possible to identify the optimal context of the subject in the working world from the perspective of the relationship, management and personal relationships within the company. The book presents two versions, each of 56 questions, in order to be able to repeat over time and compare / verify the results of the QuaLCA questionnaire on two different occasions. Furthermore, a reduced version of only 26 questions is asked, able to verify the dimensions and the factors of the questionnaire in a quick and simple manner, while maintaining the effectiveness, reliability, predictability and scientific nature of the results obtained as a test aptitudes.
