Thank you for the reply. I fixed the problem already. I need to break the binding with EDTA. Protein crash with organic solvent will give low recovery. My recovery is good at the level of 0.025 ppm to 2 ppm in milk. This will help EPA to detect Glyphosate in breast milk.

Kiaora Narong, please can you tell me what milk proteins can bind glyphosate that if testing milk I need to be able to break?

It is not the protein. It is the added mineral (calcium) that may bind to the analyte the way the tetracycline behave. I got the method done, please read my publication listed in the profile.
