I performed an assay using myeloma cell lines to understand the proteasome activity under normal and experimental conditions, using reversible proteasome inhibitor. And for such assay was recommended that I should have used an opaque black plate . But, I had white opaque plates in my lab and it's a fluorimetric assay. This I can fix. But, I need to understand better the assay itself.

I used the Proteasome Activity Assay Kit (ab107921) - Abcam and had weird results. Maybe because my short experience with this kind of assay.
