Does anyone have experience with NMR and organic p speciation? I need some help with sample preparation for this instrument. I know there are alot of papers out there, but I need some people here who worked with NMR for organic phosphorus. if yes, please reply this message.

Modern NMR spectrometers are very robust and measuring 31P NMR is usually fairly easy. The relative strength of 31P signal is of course weaker then 1H, but stronger than 13C at natural abundance. Therefore, there is no need for special sample preparation, and most NMR instruments software will set up all the parameters for you automatically.
