We have previously been using an all in one luciferase based assay, however validation of this has proved challenging in our application.

we assay, Sperm mitochondria ATP with HPLC. as you know sperm has a little mitochondria, then I think, it will be ok to you. if you have any question you can make a call with one of my friends "DR Reza Heidari, from Shiraz university of medicine- shiraz, Iran" who is expert in this field" and tell him i introduced you.
