Does anyone have experience in electroporating Nalm6 and REH using the Neon transfection protocol?

Does anyone have experience in electroporating Nalm6 and REH using the Neon transfection protocol? If so, I could use some advice on what electroporation parameters used (i.e voltage and pulse). I have optimized but I tend to have varying consistency. Thanks!
