We have been using co-transfections with CD8, a cell surface protein, to help identify highly transfected cells (Biotechniques 1994;17:876). We add Dynabeads coated with a CD8 antibody. Beads adhere to transfected cells. The problem is that we managed to use up our stock of cDNA for CD8. Does anyone have any to spare? Many thanks!
