The fact that South African schools have a problem with learners coming late to school is a well-known phenomena. I need more information to what is currently being done to help resolve this issue, what have been done in the past that helped or didn't. Strategy for the future on how to educate learners in time management. Examples that are set which enforces punctuality or tardiness.
