We need to analyze labeled cells in the hippocampus by means of flow cytometry, however we do not know the protocol for processing brain samples

Thank you for your willingness

We need to analyze astrocytes from hippocampus using flow cytometry. We are going to sacrifice animals and dissect the hippocampus. However, we do not know all the details of the method for processing the samples.

Have we to homogenize or just mince the tissue? What reagents are used in the processing of samples? We need all the details
