You can use Maxima SYBR Green/Rox qPCR Master Mix (2X) (#K0222)

We are using this kit for more than two years and it works perfectly.

You can also reduce the final volume to only 10 microlitre per well (i.e. 1 microlitre cDNA + 4 milcrolitre water + 5 microlitre Maxima SYBR), however you need to have a concentrated cDNA input if you want to reduce the final volume.
