Does anyone have a method/protocol for Vectashield mounting of Cryostat sectioned brain slices?

I was considering options for analyzing DREADD expression in some rat brain tissue and wanted to explore the possibility of using vectashield on cryostat-sectioned slides. I have a protocol for floating sections and vectashield, but I would appreciate any advice/methods for using a cryostat to achieve the same results.
