The GentleMACS tissue disassociation system from Miltenyi is the best way to get viable cells from a  tumor.  It uses a combination of mechanical and enzymatic processes to yield 80-90% viable cells in our hands.  I would find it hard to believe that there is not one there at Fox Chase that maybe you can use.  The instrument costs about $4500.  If you canone in another lab, the kit of enzymes and tubes wont cost much.  Call your local Miltenyi rep, they should be able to tell you if there is one there.  If not let me know and I can send you my old protocol that we used before this system, but it is collagenase/dispase enzyme based.  What do you not want to use enzymes?
