Does anyone has experience in conducting WHO mhGAP training in developing countries?

I am planning to evaluate the effectiveness of increasing mental health literacy in terms of identifying substance use disorders among frontline workers using WHO mhGAP. Hence , have the following questions -

Q1. How do you assess the baseline knowledge of the frontline workers and post-training knowledge? Are there any WHO mhGAP standard questionnaires available to assess baseline and postintervention knowledge related to substance use disorders.

Q2. Is there a standard protocol to impart training according to WHO mhGAP ?
