Dear SPM/fMRI users,
I am currently running Finite Impulse Response (FIR) analyses on SPM12.
Despite everything going well in the classic HRF analysis,
now SPM output some error message for certain participants in the estimation procedure.
The error message during estimation was like this:
Failed 'Model estimation' Error using svd SVD did not converge. In file "/usr/local/SPM/spm12/spm_svd.m" (v6110), function "spm_svd" at line 62. In file "/usr/local/SPM/spm12/spm_sqrtm.m" (v5892), function "spm_sqrtm" at line 15. In file "/usr/local/SPM/spm12/spm_spm.m" (v6842), function "spm_spm" at line 441. In file "/usr/local/SPM/spm12/config/spm_run_fmri_est.m" (v5809), function "spm_run_fmri_est" at line 33. No executable modules, but still unresolved dependencies or incomplete module inputs. The following modules did not run: Failed: Model estimation "
