We studied once binary cultures of Pleurotus species and vaious yeasts (some references are in my page)/ Unfortunately most of publication are in Russian and you can find just abstracts in English. I have one for symbiosis between bacteria and fungi: Burkholderia-Rhizopus, and an interaction between two fungi, ranging somewhere between symbiosis and parasitism (like most interactions, maybe): Absidia-Parasitella, two mucoralean fungi. And then there are of course the physiological symbioses between bacteria, like in the nitrification process between Nitrosomonas and Nitrobachter.

I am not sure, but lichens also can consider a symbiotic form of a fungi with a cyanobacteria

WI guess  the question is about heterotrophic organisms. Cyanobacteria are autotrophic and, such a way demand different media for cultivation

And lichens are usually supposed as host-parasite interactions because though cyanobacteria grow in culture, most lichenized fungi cannot grow without their partners (cyanobacteria or algae).
