I am a Nursing Master's student and the research data collection tool that I want to use for my research is Dr Chan's CLEI tool. I need his permission to use his tool, but cannot find a way to connect with him. If anybody can help it would be grately appreciated.
Alternatively if anybody can verify if this has been made an open access tool.
